If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our certification services. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Conditions for Returns ISO Certificates
In order for the Certificate to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Certificate was purchased in the last 7 days.
- The Certificate is in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any client that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only 50% of the total amount will be refunded. The refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account 5-7 working days.
